Jorge Oliveira e Carmo ist der Leiter für Datenschutz und Cybersecurity-Risiken bei der FIFA mit Sitz in Zürich, Schweiz. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung und Kompetenz in den Bereichen Datenschutz, Cybersecurity und Risikomanagement. Jorge hat an verschiedenen Veranstaltungen und Foren zum Thema Datenschutz und Sport teilgenommen und sich mit anderen Fachleuten ausgetauscht. Er besitzt mehrere Zertifizierungen, darunter der "OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional" und der "CIPM - Certified Information Privacy Manager." Jorge hat einen akademischen Hintergrund in Rechtswissenschaften sowie einen Master-Abschluss im Bereich Compliance. Neben seiner Muttersprache Deutsch beherrscht er Englisch und Französisch fließend.
